Once you purchase an Azure service it can be found from the My Services option as shown on the Services Management Section
From here you can View invoices for product and access the Microsoft Azure Management Portal

The Credentials will be sent to you via email after the service has been provisioned by BMIT Technologies
Note
Azure Services are charged based on consumption and will have no initial cost, with the exception of the Azure Insights Add-on
