Opening a New Incident

To create a new ticket follow the steps below:

  • In the Home page, click on the Support drop down menu on the left and click on Incidents

  • Enter an appropriate subject in the Short Description field;

  • Provide full details in the Detailed Description section;

  • Click on the Attach File button to upload a file if required

  • Click Submit

Viewing a Ticket

To view the details of a ticket navigate to the Incidents page as mentioned above and then click on View

Updating a Ticket

BMIT Technologies will follow up on tickets via email with the user that opened the initial ticket.

Replying to the email will automatically update the ticket.

We will be adding the ability to update tickets directly from the portal in a future release.
