What if you get an error when selecting a circuit?

If you get an error when selecting your circuit, it is probably because we do not have graph data for your Circuit. This is the case for all private links. Should you believe this to be in error, kindly open a ticket.

IP Circuits

All WAN links are displayed here. To view the according bandwidth usage graphs follow the below steps:

  • In the Home page, click on the Data Centre Service drop down menu to the left and click on Network Circuits

  • Select IP Circuits from the top menu

  • Select the desired IP Circuit from the drop down menu

  • Select the desired graph type from the drop down menu (Day, Week, Month or Year)

Once selected the appropriate bandwidth usage graph will be displayed for the selected company's WAN link

To view the graph of a particular day / month kindly navigate to the export section of this help centre

If purchased, all Interlinks, including data center, office and international L2VPN links bandwidth usage graphs can be viewed by following the below steps:

  • In the Home page, click on the Data Centre Service drop down menu to the left and click on Network Circuits

  • Select Interlinks from the top menu

  • Select the desired Interlink Circuit from the drop down menu

  • Select the desired graph type from the drop down menu (Day, Week, Month or Year)

Once selected the appropriate bandwidth usage graph will be displayed for the selected company's interlinks

To view the graph of a particular day / month kindly navigate to the export section of this help centre

All physical uplinks are displayed here. You can view traffic per individual uplink provided by following the below steps:

  • In the Home page, click on the Data Centre Service drop down menu to the left and click on Network Circuits

  • Select Uplinks from the top menu

  • Select the desired Uplink Circuit from the drop down menu

  • Select the desired graph type from the drop down menu (Day, Week, Month or Year)

Once selected the appropriate bandwidth usage graph will be displayed for the selected company's physical uplink
