Need portal access help?
All BMIT customers are provided with portal access. The portal allows you to view information about your services as well as open support cases or schedule visits. Portal access is provided to the account owner's indicated contact who can then add and manage other users as required. If you do not have an account please check with your organisation's authorised official or you can contact us such that we can check for you.
Troubleshooting login problems
If you're encountering issues logging in, the following might help.
Are you using copy and paste for your username or password? If so, please note that sometimes a space is added at the beggining or end of your paste. We suggest you try to enter them manually to ensure this is not the case. If your password includes special characters also verify that the keyboard layout matches the one used during password set-up.
Are you using automated password fill from the browser? If so, ensure that the saved password is the correct one. We recommend you try to do it manually to confirm the problem.
Nothing happens after you click Login? Some organisations enforce strict controls via software (such as network anti-virus) that can block certain calls the site makes in the backend to authenticate the users. If this is happening to you, please try via a seperate browser or mobile device to confirm.
After a number of failed login attempts, the system will lock your account. This is for your security and to prevent unauthorized people from trying to gain access to your account.
