Self-Service Portal
The Self-service portal can be accessed by your users. They can perform self-restorations simply by logging into the portal using their own Microsoft credentials and perform the required item restoration. An Admin role can also be assigned to a specific user(s) within a company, to perform admin tasks such as having visibility and ability to restore other users' data within the company. For extensive recoveries it is recommended that BMIT Recovery services are utilised for the best experience and support.
The implementation for the LIGHT and STANDARD plans is optional against an implementation fee or consumption of support services. As for the ADVANCED plan the self-service portal implementation is included at no additional cost.
